Library officials reduced hours of operation as COVID infections increased staff absences, leaving students to search for a new late-night study spot.

UNC gave professors the option to start their classes online as the Omicron variant spread in North Carolina. This week, most professors who took advantage of that option had to bring their classes back into the classroom.
