The City Bird project is a citizen science initiative that documents bird-window collisions and advocates a bird-friendly community in the Triangle.

A campaign called Leave Your Leaves encourages people to leave the leaves in their yard to promote environmental conservation and the enjoyment of birds, wildlife, and ecosystems.

To celebrate students who are the first in their families to attend college, Carolina Firsts and the UNC First-Gen Student Association hosted a National First-Gen Day celebration.

The tours for prospective students and their parents now include a “student panel session,” where tourists and student tour guides have a Q&A session.
