Trump campaigns in N.C. Can he win students’ votes?

For the second time in three months President Trump held a campaign rally in North Carolina this week. He was in Fayetteville prior to the 9th Congressional District special election, but Republicans are also looking ahead to 2020 and they hope college students will play a big role in reelecting the president.
