For some UNC students, voting is a new experience

According to numbers released by the state Board of Elections Friday morning, roughly 2.5 million voters in North Carolina have already cast their ballots. Based on typical voter turnout in previous presidential elections, that is more than half the people expected to vote. At UNC, many students showed up at the early voting site at Chapel of the Cross this week. Among those students were a few first time voters.
