Community with contaminated water welcomes Duke coal ash settlement

Duke Energy this week reached a legal settlement with environmental groups that will lead to the removal of coal ash from a power plant the company used to operate in Salisbury.

Residents of nearby communities say the ash contaminated their drinking water and destroyed their quality of life.

Erin Wygant visited Salisbury and has their story.
