What’s next following Paris attack?

Just over a week ago, the world was shocked by terrorist attacks in Paris. More than 130 people were killed and more than 300 were injured. ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attacks. France and other countries have responded with military action.

What is the root of this problem and how can it be resolved? UNC Professor of History and International Affairs Klaus Larres joined us to discuss how to best deal with ISIS.
