Group wants in-state tuition for undocumented immigrants

Access to a college education comes with a price… especially for undocumented immigrants.  32 states require undocumented immigrants to pay out-of-state tuition to attend college. And North Carolina is one of them.

One UNC student and his organization are hoping to change that.
