Small fraction of UNC students use Safewalk

Some students say a program called Safewalk, which uses student fees, is a poor use of their money. Safewalk is a UNC service that provides a pair of escorts to walk students to their homes at the wee hours of the night. While some praise the program for its convenience, a small fraction of students actually rely on the “safewalkers.”
