No gender-neutral housing at UNC

Chancellor Holden Thorp rejected a proposal this week that would’ve allowed students of different genders to live together in UNC dorm rooms.  The proposal was spearheaded by the UNC Lesbian-Gay-Bisexual-Transgender-Queer Center. Although Thorp rejected it, he says he isn’t necessarily against the idea.
