Chapel Hill’s fees keep some food trucks out

In less than a month, food trucks will be able to set up shop in Chapel Hill. But to do that, the vendors will have to pay much larger fees than they pay elsewhere in the Triangle – so much larger, in fact, that some vendors say they can’t afford to bring their food trucks here.
