Town Council rejects condo building that would have been Chapel Hill’s tallest

This week, the Chapel Hill Town Council said no to a plan to construct what would have been the town’s tallest residential building. They voted 7-1 to block a proposed development at 157 East Rosemary Street that would have added a 12 story building to the heart of downtown.
