Legislators say new N.C. ban on gender-affirming care protects kids. Critics call it discrimination

North Carolina is now the 22nd state to ban transgender minors from receiving gender-affirming care. Supporters say the new law will protect young people, but opponents call it discriminatory and dangerous.
