After August shooting, UNC plans to add more security measures and officer training

At the UNC-Chapel Hill Board of Trustees meeting this week. UNC police chief Brian James provided new insight into the Aug. 28 campus shooting and lockdown. Professor Zijie Yan was fatally shot in Caudill Laboratories.
