UNC has added a new mural in an unusual place – a South Campus parking deck

UNC’s Craige Parking Deck just got a little more colorful with the addition of a large-scale mixed media installation called “Drawn to Explain” by artist Amalia Pica. The London based artist is famous for her sculptures and installations.

Here with us today to talk about the work is Peter Nisbet. He’s Deputy Director for Curatorial Affairs at the Ackland Art Museum.
