Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools struggle with bus driver shortage

Many local public school students are getting a late start to their school day. This school year, Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools have been dealing with a shortage of bus drivers, meaning late-arriving students are missing up to an hour of instruction time each day. Now, the district is making changes aimed at fixing the problem next year.
