UNC Field Hockey Coach Erin Matson reflects on her first week after historic hiring

After a busy first week, 22-year-old UNC women’s field hockey coach Erin Matson is settling into her new role leading the same program she played for just one season ago. Now, with a week of practices and media appearances under her belt, she reflects on her time as a player and looks toward her future as coach.
