Lab on UNC campus helps identify what’s in street drugs

Using street drugs can be dangerous – not only because of what users know is in them – but because of what they aren’t aware of. Drugs often are laced with other substances that are undisclosed to the user. A laboratory at UNC – The Street Drug Analysis Lab – has created a way to test anonymous samples of certain drugs.
