Students embrace the healing power of ‘cathartic screaming’ to cope with stress

How do you relieve stress? Meditation, journaling, and deep breathing are typical go-to methods, but what about screaming? Yesterday was Arts Everywhere Day on campus, an annual effort to engage the Carolina community with art and performances. And one of the events was a collective, cathartic screaming session.
