Legal scholar and advisor Harold Koh speaks at UNC on Ukraine crisis

In late March, the Carolina Forum for Education and Development brought Harold Koh to UNC. A top legal mind who has represented Ukraine on the national stage for more than half a decade, Koh spoke with students and faculty about the ongoing crisis.
