Contested Chapel Hill mayoral race nears final lap, but do students care?

The Chapel Hill municipal election is Tuesday, and this year features a competitive mayor’s race. Three candidates are running: Incumbent Pam Hemminger, Town Council member Hongbin Gu, and UNC Law student Zachary Boyce. But all three candidates share one common goal: encouraging more UNC students to vote in local elections.
