State Fair plans “AccessABILITY Day” to provide equal access to fairground fun

The North Carolina State Fair is back after last year’s fair was canceled due to COVID-19. This year, the fair is trying to bring the fun to all North Carolinians who want to attend, hoping its new “AccessABILITY Day” will do just that.
