Chapel Hill Police want to know who served drunk drivers

Chapel Hill is the latest college town to start a “Place of Last Drink” program. When police stop somebody for drunk driving, officers will ask them where they were drinking. Police hope to identify bars or restaurants that keep serving people who are obviously drunk.
