Trump Administration says UNC/Duke Middle East program violates federal grant

The U.S. Department of Education, in an unprecedented move, is demanding some changes to a UNC program. The program, a joint effort by UNC and Duke, focuses on Middle Eastern studies. But the Trump Administration says the program is violating the terms of its federal grant.
