At UNC, Sanders pushes plan to cancel student debt

A study by Tufts University released this week is showing the importance of the college vote. College students more than doubled their rate of voting between the 2014 and 2018 midterm elections. That may be one of the reasons Vermont Senator and Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders is on a three-day tour of college campuses in the Carolinas. He rallied a crowd at UNC Thursday evening.
