Proposed precinct changes in Orange County would change voting locations for students

With the 2020 general election coming up, some residents of Orange County not only have to learn the candidates on the ballot, but they also have to become familiar with a new place to vote. The Orange County Board of Elections has proposed changes to precinct lines with hopes that it will make the process of voting more efficient, especially for students at UNC.
