Meditation grows at UNC

The number of people who use mindfulness practices has grown in the United States. While yoga studios are opening across the country, the number of people who meditate has also increased. Meditation has been used as a way to reduce stress, especially for overloaded students. Tony Liu looks into meditation at UNC and its personal benefits.
