Student struggles with rare case of Lyme Disease

Lyme disease is a bacterial infection that afflicts many in the northeastern part of the United States, but fewer than 200 cases have been reported in North Carolina. The rarity of the disease in this area makes its diagnosis and treatment hard for both doctors and patients. One UNC student describes her journey and what it is like to continue to live her life with Lyme disease.
