Protests interrupt another Board of Governors meeting

The meeting...originally scheduled to take place in Asheville...was moved to Chapel Hill for fear of large-scale protests. Where UNC System President Margaret Spellings goes, protesters still follow.

Friday’s Board of Governors meeting was moved from Asheville to Chapel Hill for fear of those protests. But students and faculty from a number of universities still occupied the entrance of the meeting, and some of those protesters interrupted President Spellings’ speech.
