Sleep: the best medicine

Whether it’s staying up to catch the big game or waking up early to catch the bus, we all know we could be sleeping more. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported this week that one in three U.S. adults don’t get enough sleep. Scientists have proven that losing hours can mean the difference between sickness and health during cold and flu season.
