Triangle restaurants view food trucks as competition

The number of food trucks in the Triangle has taken off in the last few years. The trucks often serve unique dishes and can offer a quick alternative to sit-down restaurants. But some restaurants don’t want the trucks pulling up nearby, and some towns don’t let them in.
