Spellings reacts to protests, looks ahead to UNC’s future

Margaret Spellings is scheduled to be installed as UNC system president at the beginning of next month. Since she was hired in October, her appointment has been marked by criticism and protests.

Spellings met with the UNC Board of Governors in Greensboro this week, and said she’s more concerned about the future.
