Net neutrality rules met with praise, some criticisms

The Executive Vice President of Comcast was on UNC’s campus this week, just as his industry sued the FCC over new rules concerning net neutrality.   These rules classify internet providers as common carriers which means they will be governed by the same rules as landline telephones.

But what is net neutrality and why does it matter?  Emi Morimoto reports.
