A student organization at UNC has come to the aid of some Carolina employees. Carolina Dining Services runs the dining halls on campus, but some of their workers didn’t speak English before they started working at Carolina.

With the help of the Carolina Language Partnership, an on-campus student group, some employees have learned English, including one who became a United States citizen.
