Last week’s shooting in Chapel Hill was especially unnerving to the Muslim community. Craig Stephen Hicks, a Chapel Hill resident and Durham Technical Community College student, was charged with three counts of first-degree murder as well as one count of discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling.
