Students frustrated over campus cable service

According to Nielsen, a company that keeps track of TV viewers, some of the most popular shows from last week were “Blacklist,” “The Big Bang Theory,” and “NCIS.” Sounds like some high quality television, but some Carolina students can’t watch any of those.
