Media sues UNC for names of employees disciplined in scandal

by Rene Gupta

About a month after the release of the Wainstein report, UNC is facing more backlash. They also want information on the other employees named in the report.

The media organizations claim the names are public information, but the university has refused to disclose them and filed a motion to dismiss the complaint yesterday.
