Chapel Hill housing ordinance puts many in trouble

Some UNC students living off campus have unexpectedly found themselves in trouble with the town of Chapel Hill. It’s because of a housing ordinance that was implemented back in 2011.

Now, those students have found themselves forced to move out of their homes.
