Media fight for Hedgepeth records

by Jess Clark

Superior Court Judge Howard Manning is deciding whether the public and the news media will be able to see records related to the 2012 death of UNC student Faith Hedgepeth. Jess Clark sat down with Mike Tadych, one of several lawyers representing area media outlets seeking to unseal the records.
