Powell promotes blended learning, college affordability

One of Andrew Powell’s chief platform points was trying to integrate blended learning models into UNC, where students watch prerecorded lectures and do homework before class and use class time to discuss the material.

But there are a lot of questions about how Powell will make his ambitious goals a reality.
