Teachers react to promised pay raise

Governor Pat McCrory has promised teachers a pay raise within the year, but many state teachers are already fed up with low pay, and for some, it may be too little, too late.

Jess Clark caught up with a few teachers in Durham to discuss their financial frustrations.
