Every year in Germany, millions of people gather to celebrate the 16-day Oktoberfest festival. The festival is known for its Bavarian foods like Brezen, Bratwurst, and beer.
In Chapel Hill, several local breweries and bars are still serving Oktoberfest beer despite the ending of the official German holiday Oct. 6. A new trend of “limited time only” and seasonal brews is becoming standard for craft beers creating high demand among consumers.
