Exactly 220 years from the day construction began at UNC-Chapel Hill, Carol Folt will take an oath on the steps of South Building to become the university’s eleventh chancellor. She’s already spent months learning the Carolina Way.
In her first 102 days in office, Folt has yet to cause a stir regarding a specific issue facing the university.
