The UNC chancellor search committee is scheduled to meet several times this month as they prepare to name the university’s next leader. With just four months left until the new chancellor is expected to take office, the committee is working to produce a list of finalists. Carolina’s next chancellor will have a lot to deal with, including three years of bad press, budget cuts, and a new governor’s plans for education. Mark Haywood has more.
