Budget cuts force child care center to close

UNC’s Frank Porter Graham Child Care Center has been a part of Chapel Hill for more than 40 years. It provides daycare for hundreds of kids, including many with developmental disabilities.

But in a few months, the Child Care Center will close. It’s a victim of state budget cuts.
