Carolina Tiger Rescue saves neglected, abandoned wildcats

Baby tiger cubs might be cute and fuzzy when they’re small, but they grow up into fierce wild animals. People who own big cats — either legally or illegally — often find themselves in over their heads and abandon the animals.

That’s where the Carolina Tiger Rescue comes in. It houses more than 70 different wild cats in Chatham County.
