Cats find refuge with Pittsboro artist

According to the Humane Society, animal shelters euthanize more than four million animals each year. One Pittsboro artist has made it her mission to rescue all the cats and kittens she can. Grace Joyal visited the Goathouse Refuge to speak with Siglinda Scarpa, who has created the sanctuary for more than 250 displaced cats.
