Top of the Hill, the downtown Chapel Hill restaurant, is brewing something new, and it’s not what you might think. The local nightspot recently opened a sister company– Top of the Hill Distillery. They’ve been distilling their vodka on West Franklin Street, and now, you can taste it for yourself. Reporter Mark Haywood takes us inside the distillery.
