Chapel Hill bans cell phones while driving

The town of Chapel Hill has banned cell phone use while driving. It’ll be illegal on June 1, and Senior Researcher Arthur Goodwin from the UNC Highway Safety Research Center discusses the details, how effective the ban will be, and how similar bans have worked elsewhere with Carolina Connection’s Michael Tomsic.
