Some Chapel Hill residents are trying to save a 160-year-old house. It’s the Lloyd-Rogers house – a Greek-revival home built by some of the town’s first landowners. And there are plans to build a new church right where the home sits. That means the house has to go. But the church and community members are working on a compromise that would preserve the home and move it just 200 yards away.
