Sylvia Hatchell: 600 wins and counting

UNC women's basketball coach Sylvia Hatchell won her 600th game with a blowout victory over Virginia Tech earlier this month.

The engineer of 602 victories while at North Carolina, Sylvia Hatchell is the third-winningest active coach in women’s basketball with 874 careers wins. She says she’s not done yet, but those who’ve played and coached with her over the years say Coach Hatchell has already created a legacy at UNC.
